R. Walter Eckles Vice President - MIS/Computer Services Walter is responsible for all facets of the computer installation and the associated software. His more than 30 years of experience have made Walter well-versed in his BONAR responsibilities - which include planning, developing programming code, testing/debugging, installation, and modification of existing programs, troubleshooting, and replacing any defective components. He is also responsible for CADD production as well as CADD troubleshooting.
